Carrabba's Italian Grill

"Disappointing. I prefer not to leave bad reviews but last night was pretty bad. Arrival- When we were walking in there was a young man leaving and going to his car. We stood at the host stand for a few minutes and there wasn't anyone there to greet us. It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night so we understand. A polite server came over and said "I'll get someone to seat you" A minute later the young man who was going out to his car came back in and seated us with his keys and lanyard still in his hand he placed our menus with the dirty lanyard dragging along the table and on our napkins. He was very polite and asked how we were doing and I appreciated his words, maybe he just needs more coaching. Our server Tony H was absolutely delightful. Nice smile and professional. Bread- The bread brought to the table looked like someone stepped on it. I asked for another and joked "this looks like someone stepped on it" The young lady who brought it agreed and apologized and said "I'll get you another right away" a few minutes later I heard someone in the kitchen say (pretty loudly) "Can I get another bread that doesn't look stepped on" I am sorry for upsetting them. The replacement was perfect and the young lady was very polite. Soup- The soup was cold. I don't like returning food but it was really just above room temperature. The young lady was awesome (again) and had our soup heated and it was perfect. Meal- We ordered the Johnny Trio. The ravioli was cold. Not room temperature, it was cold, also was the chicken. We ate a couple of the ravioli and the outside of the chicken (both delicious but cold) the steak however was perfect.!! We took the chicken and ravioli home because I didn't want to complain again. Service- Overall the service was exceptional. It was my birthday and Tony H along with the others were perfect. I appreciate 2 of them taking pictures for us (Tony and the young man who seated us did) but the food was off. I have eaten at this location over 30 times (before Covid) and 29 of them were close to perfect but last night was pretty tough. Hopefully the location didn't go downhill, hopefully it was just a bad night."

"I ordered on doordash and my food did not get here like it was supposed to get here so ,I called carrabba's and spoke with Ashley's a manager. And without fail, she did not question anything and she sent one of her own employees to take care of this. I am so very grateful and we will be 100% customers forever. Thank you so very much, Ashley and carrabba's. Ashley went above and beyond and we are so very grateful"
