"This location is awful. The employees out of control playing on their phones—yelling at each other running around throwing things like they’re on a playground. Today we asked for fresh fries -they were cold they argued and said they’re not and walked away ignoring us. Don’t do any good to remodel it you have the same idiots still working there. Three months ago I got a Big Mac meal and the entire thing was just thrown in the box not even put together. I won’t be returning to the causeway location and you wasted your time remodeling."

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!! When I went through the drive thru, I could tell that something was off. The man we we’re ordering from could barely hear us and he had a hoarse voice, and the woman at the window after was so tired out of her mind that she asked us if there was a large diet coke in our bag… Not only were the people here clearly about to doze off into sleep, but when I got home, my burger was completely raw in the middle!!!! I didnt notice at first because it was hot on the outside. This is extremely dangerous. The only thing good about my order was the nuggets and the shake, but they got the amount of nuggets wrong… Please don’t eat here, don’t even work here it’s not safe!!"

"Definitely use the McDonald’s app if you visit this place. You’ll find more Deals there (like buy one particular sandwich, get one free) than in the restaurant or drive thru. I used one today to get 20% off my order. Deals change from time to time. You also earn points towards free food. As for the food - well it’s McFood, but at least you know what to expect. I like some breakfast sandwiches like Sausage Egg McMuffin, Hash Brown, the coffee is pretty good, as is the breakfast platter. I use the app to order ahead and then use the drive thru, although sometimes I’ll go inside if there’s a line."
