"Great little place in the airport. Food was good. The service was weak. But nonetheless they got the job done. I didn’t realize they added 18 percent gratuity and tipped on top of that. I realized when I looked at the receipt later. Was not informed. However that won’t be the first or last time that has happened."

"The service was so poor the company should get its money back from our waitress’ paycheck. My wife and I ordered two food items and one beer. After that, our waitress, Stephanie (according to the receipt), disappeared to mingle with her coworkers in the front. After 25+ minutes, a server brought out the two items - boneless chicken wings and southwest egg rolls, which is not what I ordered. We then flagged down our waitress from her conversation to tell her the item was wrong and to take the missing beer off our bill. After several minutes of waiting around, I asked our waitress how long it would take to prepare the correct item, as it took awhile to get our (wrong) order and we had a flight to catch. She snapped at my question, giving me an attitude and asking “What do you want me to do?!”. For starters, I would have liked her to do a better job. We were so disgusted that we left our half-eaten boneless wings, signed the check for the only item your staff got right and left. Pathetic restaurant. Do better."

"When I first walked into the restaurant near my terminal, I noticed there was no hostess. I politely asked a waitress where I can sit. Her response was in the back because I don't have time to help you unless you have a lot of time. I went to the back of the restaurant, and I asked another waitress where I can sit and she accommodated me pretty quickly and even made sure the table was clean. When the waitress approached me about what I wanted to order I mentioned to her that I was still deciding because I am not very hungry, but I have time to kill but I would start off with French fries. She immediately told they do not have a side of fries and then told me to go and sit at the bar. I did not want to sit in a crowded bar when the restaurant was empty. I had to explain to her that although I was not hungry, I still wanted food to go since my travel time had now increased, she apologized. After placing my order, she asked me if i wanted a side of fries. It seems she thought that all I wanted was fries but when she realized I was ordering more then all of a sudden, he fries were okay to order. I don't think it should be this hard to give business to a restaurant. This place is extremely overpriced, and the staff need a lesson in customer service."

"Our bartender/server was fun, personable & had suggestions on what could be offered that wasn't on the menu, i.e. steak quesadia rather than chicken, ect... food was good, the robot server in the lobby... pretty cool... just saying! I was happy over all hanging here for a couple hours in between flights."

"My perspective of this place is a little different since we had Jet Blue vouchers covering the meal. For airport food it was good, but I would not have paid this much for a simple burger. They were severely understaffed at the time, with only two people serving along with a robot. The lady that waited on us was hustling, definitely have to give her credit"
