"Great overall experience. However, I just wish the food service workers paid attention to what is ordered. I ordered "sweet tea" and received "unsweetened tea." Everything else was good."
"Too unprofessional service First the drive tru this people doesn’t speak like normal people and speak to loud El servicio es demasiado malo gritan a los clientes no son amables con el cliente miran mal a las personas I can recibe my food for my window car because y need to put my food on my termal bag but she say I can recibe outside my car. my order take 30 minutes outside and the Leidy say I Need waiting on my car not outside my car why ?"
"Understaffed in the “dining room”. The business model is, “give them their bag and hope they leave”. The priority is electronic order and drive through and please just leave! The napkin dispenser(one) is always empty. Management does not allow it to be filled. I learned this from their “WE CARE” hot line. This dismal review applies to both Weston stores at Indian Trace and Weston road, because they are managed by the same “ WE CARE” team. The positive reviews can’t be real. I am appalled that McDonalds corporation tolerate this in Weston, Florida."
"If you want to use the ordering machines, you need to pick up you food in the front counter. They don’t bring the food to your table as they used to! You can see that In the picture attached! There’s no people who works there outside the kitchen. Thumbs down for this kind of services!"
"They remodeled the whole store. I just go to the drive through. I usually get breakfast there, but it ends at 10:30am"
