"The 'hired help/help staff' were less than friendly and helpful - and seemingly preoccupied with activities related to socializing outside of work. Bottom line: The help seemed somewhat inpatient and resentful that I, as a customer, was infringing upon something else they would rather be doing."
"Plave looked much better in pictures. I think staff came in and "cleaned". Trash was eptied out of bathroom but toilet paper wasn't replaced and it was on empty, room smelled bad upon checking in. Would have changed hotels if I had arrived earlier. Won't be back to this location."
"Started off good til we got in the room it was filthy there was dirty socks under sink the phones didn't work and food was in the bed when we pulled the covers back roaches crawled on me so we go to front desk she moved us to another room soon as we opened the door roaches were crawling around. I asked for bug spray they didn't have any. We moved to another room mind you this was 1am so we left and went to 5 convenient stores looking for roach spray. Finally got in the 3rd room sprayed it down with bug spray. If u want to stay here bring a can of raid with you."
"I booked two rooms here for four days a half hour after we checked in we left. We didn't even go into one of the rooms after seeing the first room. It was terrible from the moment we walked into the lobby, the desk agent didn't get out of her chair to great us and I could not see her behind the desk. I booked a king room and she told me the TV was broken and asked if I was ok with that? I'm here for four days, what do you think? The room, hallways and elevator was filthy. My daughters were cat called while unpacking the car and felt very uncomfortable leaving the room. I ate the money for the rooms first night, received a refund for the remaining nights and went elsewhere. I recommend not staying here."
"The hotel is beautifully refurbished. Close to everything and staff was very friendly. I was impressed at the cleanliness on the inside & out. And yes, the ice machines work was a definite plus. This hotel is on a main street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Everything worked properly, just loved the room"
