"Pearl botched my hair and my extensions. I tried to resolve amicability, but no resolution was met so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She told me she would refund me and has yet to do so after I had met her requests (to delete my review). Dishonest and incompetent stylist… don’t come here."
"I love coming to see Pearl at Salt + Wave!! The salon is super cute and clean and I can’t say enough good things about Pearl and her talent! From the moment you walk in for your appointment, she makes you feel like you are the only person on the planet. I always leave my appointments feeling like my best self! I also love that she’s so passionate about her work - she’s always continuing her education and knowledge in the field so she can bring the newest techniques and very best to all of her clients. "This is by far the BEST hair studio in town! Jessie is amazing and I've never had better hair in my life! I am so picky about who does my hair and I used to drive to Pensacola until I discovered Jessie! I know people who drive hours to see her. The salon itself is gorgeous and has amazing ambience inside. Everyone is so friendly and sometimes I wish I could stay all day! Whether you need hair extensions, lashes, color, or a haircut, you won't regret it!"
"Salt + Wave Studio has gained me as a client forever! I got my hair colored & cut by Bailey recently and i’m obsessed with my results. My hair was in desperate need for an upgrade. I wanted something subtle but with dimension at the same time. It’s clear that Bailey nailed exactly that! She was super inviting, funny, and holds good conversation (which is important for an extrovert like me when i’m sitting in a chair for hours lol) I can’t wait for my next appointment with Bailey!"
