"I went through the drive-thru, ordered my food and was told to pull around to the front and someone would bring my order when it was ready. I waited for 16 minutes before I went inside to inquire about my order. I was told that they had to make fresh chicken as the chicken they had was old. I was told it would be ready in 4 more minutes. I went back outside to wait for my order. I waited another 8 minutes before going back in to ask about the status of my order. I was told by who I assume was the manager that they were still working on it. I expressed to them that I didn't understand why it was taking so long, as other drive thru orders were being handed out and customers inside the store that arrived after I had ordered and parked, were already eating their food. A young female employee started getting smart and being rude to me. The woman I assumed was the manager said she would take care of her. The woman was also rude and condescending, talking over me the entire conversation. I would not recommend this Popeyes location unless you like waiting almost 30 minutes for cold food and getting an attitude from multiple staff."
"Food and service were great! Food was fresh and service was prompt and friendly. Dining room was clean but the soda machine needed attention."
"I think I left a bad review for this location in the past because it was pretty bad. The wait, the service, and the food was pretty bad all the time. I stopped eating at this location. My coworker mentioned he was there recently and it was good. So, I've been back 3 times now in two weeks and everything has been amazing. I don't know what they changed but I hope it stays this way. Excellent service, got my food quickly, the order was correct and the food was made very well."
"Great food at a great price (but make sure you use the offers from the Popeye’s app for a significantly lower price). Also, if you’re a senior like me, ask for a senior discount. But best of all, get the Sweet Heat dipping sauce for a great taste sensation!"
