"Sign posted says 24 hrs. Google places shows 24 hrs. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. No one came. Called 3 x no answer. Ordered online then received error that menu items not available. Don't advertise as open 24 hrs if you're not! Drove out of the way to find some place open. Lame."
"I went for breakfast (during business hours of course), and they ignored me in the drive thru for at least ten minutes. This is a normal experience at this McDonald's. However when they finally do take your order you get it fast and fresh. Customer service is a zero, product quality is an 8. Which isn't that bad if you're getting what you paid for."
"Unable to get food at 11:51pm despite being listed as a 24 hour location. I also tried a few months ago before 1am and had the same thing... Had to go to TBell down the road (employee there said they only accept mobile app orders overnight because they have to, and that they chose to block off the drive thru lanes). Not sure what the real story is with the drive thru lanes...why the boards are on,and the lights everywhere,but there's wet floor cones blocking the lanes. Just super frustrated."
"Very nasty and poor quality control who would serve this to a paying customer? McDonald’s I am amazed you can raise prices and lower standards of service makes no sense i pay more for horrible food served with a broken pancake and a random blackened burnt French fry in my eggs? And a rock hard biscuit next time i will be going to Chick-fil-A for a real breakfast. Please McDonald’s be better this is sad I used to love eating breakfast as a kid with my father and now I can’t even go take my son because he hates your food and now as do I."
