"Listen I grew up in Mount Dora and back in the day Hardee's was always busy especially on the weekends. I don't blame the staff but someone needs to step up. The service was ok food not so great and don't get me started on the sticky floors in the whole restaurant and please beware of the men's bathroom. Come on have some pride. Enter at your own risk"
"Dirty as HELL the countertops are so grungy Sticky floor Toilets look like they never get cleaned... I'd hate to work in the kitchen, seeing the rest of the store It takes FOREVER to get your food here They always claim they're overstaffed yet nothing gets clean? First off, HIRE A MAINTENANCE PERSON GET MORE CASHIERS Good Lord is properly staffing a store really that hard"
"Slippery floors and filthiest, nastiest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. When ordering food while our feet were sliding around from the greasy floors (don’t mop your floors with greasy kitchen water) dust particles blew down on me from the ac vent above the cash register. Big black nasty dust balls. Was completely grossed out. Was at a vb tourney all day and just needed some food.. Bathroom was blown out. Soft drinks and utensil area on the left had not been cleaned and neglected for weeks it looked like. Call corporate. Slip and fall waiting to happen. Nastiest, filthiest hardees I’ve ever been to.and can’t believe this place has passed a food inspection."
"Stopped by after leaving the hospital for the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich Combo. I asked that the young woman please be sure that the fries were hot. She assured me that she would. I had to pull ahead as the chicken was cooking, and it would be a minute. When she brought out my order, I thanked her and drove away. Guess what?? The darned fries WERE NOT HOT!!! It's my own fault for not checking them, but I assumed that since the chicken was cooking, the fries would be cooking, as well, and would be hot, per my specific request. I know, never assume. I usually check them straight up and hand them right back if they are not hot. Ya got me, Hardee's, but never again! The sandwich was good, though."
"I ordered a platter the biggest complaint is the egg paper thin egg and not much of it No substance at all. Pitiful mind you I've been going to Hardee's for 40 years the last few years they have been going down hill. It's started when they got rid of the cinnamon raisin biscuits"
