"Can't say enough good things about Sound Awake. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The yoga instructor, Meg, gave clear, understandable instruction and gentle form correction and made me feel comfortable and confident even though it was my first ever yoga class. I would also have to recommend the acoustic healing sessions with Lia. Somehow she seems to know exactly what frequency each individual and the room needs. I left that session feeling the weight of the world lifted off of me. The facilities are beautiful, warm, and inviting. I can't wait to go back."
