"I was impressed with the care I received. I did have to wait a while although I had an appointment, but overall it was a very pleasant experience."
"Made an appointment for 11. Waited two hours in the waiting room before being called back. Then almost one hour in the exam room before being seen. When I was finally seen, however, I was happy with the care I received. If making an appointment does not give you preference over people walking in without appointments, they should not offer appointments. I would not have been nearly as upset if I didn't have an appointment. Either prioritize people with appointments before the walk-ins or don't let people make appointments."
"Nicely appointed clinic. Very friendly staff. I like the online appointment and ability to see the waitlist. HOWEVER, the waitlist showed 1 person in front of us. There were 2 people in the waiting room when we arrived 50 minutes prior to the appointment time. It was still 2 hours before the provider saw my mom."
"Receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Doctor was thorough and very pleasant. We were in and put (with an appointment) within an hour. This was so different than my experience 3 years ago! Much improved!!"
"My review is not for the practice itself but their phone call receptionist service, one woman specifically. There is no excuse, especially in medical practices, for someone to treat a customer with so much disrespect. I spoke with this woman today about picking up my x-ray scans to confirm everything was ready since I live 35 minutes away. She interrupted me, said she would ask to see if it’s ready, and then left me on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I called back and she said she didn’t know and had no details for me. I asked to speak to someone else that could provide me with information, and she hung up the phone on me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully on a call, and I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken. Again, there is NO excuse, especially in medical practices, for someone to treat a customer with so much disrespect. I simply called for more details so I didn’t waste my time driving 35 minutes there and back if the x-ray disc wasn’t ready. Do better when hiring your customer service representatives. I hope this is resolved and the woman does not remain in customer service if she is so aggressive and rude towards her callers."
