"I am a regular customer of the store since I LOVE American Eagle clothing, but today I had an unfortunate experience. I saw how the employee named Jesus treated another older employee badly, I felt so bad!!! I couldn't believe that he did it like it was nothing in front of the clients, plus I asked him a question about a Jean, and he was very rude but I didn't want to give it any importance. It is terrible to see these types of experiences in a store where everyone should be treated with respect and feel safe."

"They have a million employees at the Aventura store, but little service. They act like they are scared to help and walk away. They stand around talking to each other though. One of the black girls was helpful, the people who worked the register were cool, and the people who worked in the dressing room area were amazing."

"When I got home, I found out that they hadn’t removed the security tags. I also saw that they hadn’t given me the 50% off discount for the second pair of jeans. I had to go back, and I got no apology or anything from the teenagers running this place. it also turned out that the jeans that I had bought did not have the discount, even though they had told me they had. I was originally only going to buy one pair of jeans and the teenager at the counter said oh, you should get another pair because they have a discount. How about hiring an adult to at least oversee the teenagers? No wonder this chain is going out of business."
