"I normally shop here from time to time and I’ve never had an issue until today. My boyfriend and I went to purchase some t shirts and socks. We went in the aisle where the men’s undershirts & underwear were at. We took a look at the dickies t shirts size small 34-36 I believe.. Everything runs different so we wanted to take a look at how the size fits. Pedro comes and says rudely “don’t open up the box” so we understood and closed the box back up and kept shopping. Upon continuing to shop he tells some associates in Spanish “Watch them”. Yes we understood what was being said. While still looking in that particular area he kept walking by and the person in the camera room kept looking at us while coming in & out about 2 times. What really made me uncomfortable while shopping was Pedro kept following us from a distance and looking at us. Not only that when he was walking around it almost seemed as if he was looking for us because he made eye contact with me when I was in the women’s aisle and put a sign right where I was at that says “we prosecute shoplifters” so after that I continued to shop and he did this about 6 times even while we were in line. I went up to him and asked him for his name and he covered his name tag but I already caught his name & said thank you and walked away. I’m very disappointed because this is the first time I’ve ever had this encounter."

"Pedro the management racially profiled customers while shopping . He told another employee to watch a couple that was in the store shopping while he and the person in the camera room changed store signs saying we arrest shoplifters. If I could give a zero Stars I would . I should have called the cops and filed a report and called my lawyer. This is not the time to falsely accuse someone especially when you don’t have a reason to !!"

"I went to Burlington with my cousin however we were not there for long. He went there for 2 items and one of the sales associates assisted him with finding the shirt he was looking for. I got something really quickly too. I got the Fancy perfume and body spray for 20 dollars."

"Went to the store on 6/22/23 and before going we checked on Google what time the store closed, google said 12:30 AM. It was 11 pm and we had a female employee (possibly manager) SCREAM at us " we are closed and when I close up this register you won't be able to buy anything". I thought maybe I misread the schedule on Google so I checked again and I confirmed it said 12:30 AM. I walked to the register and asked another employee what time they closed and he said "umm I don't know" then looked at the employee that yelled at us and said " I think now". I told him what Google said and he said that that was the schedule for last week and that today it was different. When I left I checked the schedule in the front and it said 11:30 PM. I left the store at 11:18 pm so they were definitely lying about the store being closed and were extremely rude about it."

"Selection for women's and juniors' shorts were very few. Also, management really needs to work on the air conditioning. I don't know if it's something done purposely. However, if the air conditioning were better the chances that shoppers will take their time looking for what they need or even browsing and spending more is higher then if it's hot, people will go, if they don't immediately find what they're looking for, they're leaving and going to spend their money somewhere else. I know I am. Management do better or this will end up closing like other stores in the plaza."
