"This location has the worst customer service at cashier . I wanted to get a pair of crocs that had visible signs of wear and tear but it was the only one in my size and it didn’t have tags or anything . Elaine at front desk did noting to accommodate the situation. I asked for a 10% off or something I shop at marshals / tj max daily she was rude and brutal saying” it’s not used it’s people trying it on with dirt” She then walked away and started to text on her phone , I know when something is used and returned they always give a discount . Specially when it has no tags on it . Nevertheless I won’t be coming back to this location"

"New North Miami Beach location. Clean and organized. Still has long lines like any other Marshalls, but that's because of the popularity of the brand. It's a good spot to go to without a plan, because you're sure to find something to fit any budget."
