"Edit: reduced stars. Many shelves and racks are empty with no merchandise. Floor workers are lazy when actually around, standing and chatting to each other. 3 security personnel, huddled in the front, talking amongst themselves. The cash is a mess. Lineup is 25+ people. 4 women in cash, but only one working. The rest - loud obnoxious, standing around laughing and cursing. __________ Average Ross, a bit messy organization of sections. Cashiers not very friendly and long lineups."

"Clean store and well organized merchandise. The manager on duty has a bad attitude and was extremely rude. She has no business working in the retail business. I went up to the register and asked if she was able to ring up the item I had. She told me that she was I manager and it wasn’t her job to ring me up because she better things to do. She said that she didn’t like the job but was just doing it to get by. Then she when on a ten minute tirade after I shook my head at her response. She made obscene remarks about my sex life and she thought it wasn’t good. I sure hope she gets the help she needs both personally and professionally. In strongly believe the the customer service and leadership has much to be desired. I would stay away from this store. This experience was a nightmare."

"Great prices, customer service and merchandise selection and variety. Plenty of parking. The alarm on several merchandise items keeps going off. Wish their security staff would do something about it. The sound is annoying, so bring ear plugs while you shop. The workers are immune to the noise."
