"Hi, we are deaf. I brought my dog to your Pet Hospital, and I'm feeling concerned because I've been trying to call your service, but it keeps disconnecting and hanging up. I've attempted to call 10 times, and we're very frustrated. I would like to complain about the poor service at your call center. It's important for me to know how my dog is doing health-wise since they've been staying at your hospital for 4 days. We've been trying to reach out and inquire about my dog's well-being, but your service keeps disconnecting and hanging up, which is terrible. Your business seems to lack respect, and no one answers my calls. I would advise others not to go to your place because your service is terrible and disrespectful. Could you please address this issue?"
