"To be honest I don’t know how I feel about the grooming service here. They called me 10 mins before closing, I had to rush to the store to pick up my dog. I arrived very early to my service and picking him up gave me so much anxiety because the first thing I was told was “btw we’re about to close” My puppy didn’t even look cute. His face was botched. I have a new groomers now in Doral, which I will definitely going back to because they did such an amazing job."

"In particular the grummin of this place is full of unpleasant staff. They are oriented to try to charge in "extras" as much as possible. Before, a young woman named Ectasy took care of my dogs and was efficient without trying to overcharge me. And the staff that stayed are unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend them at all."
