"Never even made it to the first appointment. I got a call (foreshadow clue) a week before my scheduled appointment asking if I could reschedule. I explained to them I took off from work for the appointment and couldn’t change it but was assured that it was only a request and that I could still have my scheduled appointment. The day before the appointment (4 days later) I received another call telling me that the doctor will be out of the office. I was pissed and I put two and two together. I’m pretty sure that was set in stone the previous phone call and it wasn’t a last minute cancellation. I immediately contacted a different doctor at different practice and dumb luck got an appointment that same PTO day. I was floored."

"This health "provider" is an absolute horror to deal with. Whether it's prescriptions, appointments or correcting errors. You cannot communicate with staff because they never understand what you are saying to them (unless you can speak Hindi). Moreover, you have to go through an interrogation EACH time you call even when you're speaking to the SAME PERSON within the SAME DAY. If this is not enough, consider the fact that their office continually called to confirm a post-hospitalization follow up appointment for weeks after the patient had passed away. Think long and hard about signing up with outfit. NOTHING Premier about it !"

"This is one of the best Doctor Offices I have been to. The front staff is so kind Dr Malik is amazing I always feel welcomed and I know my health is in great hands."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional and office manager named Amber. Waited until my husband showed up for his appt (after 2 months wait) to say they didn’t have a referral so we called PCP to obtain it. When walking in she was making snide remarks about my husband being on Medicaid . Waited 10 mins after referral was faxed and asked staff what was going on she proceeded to say it’s been 10 min past appt time you can’t be seen. When I asked for manager she refused to provide with her supervisor information and then said we don’t accept your insurance anymore , you can leave . Waited months for an appt that was confirmed many times they accepted our insurance, was greatly rude and kicked out because they clearly didn’t want to deal with a “medicaid” patient and the referral. I would stay as far away from this office as possible !!"

"Horrible office!! The communication with the call center is so frustrating! They constantly hang up the phones! Not too mention, you can’t understand what they’re saying. The appointments they schedule my husband are always changed to come in earlier bc the Doctor has to always leave early for some reason. We are definitely not happy with Dr. Ibrahim’s care either. We always feel rushed. And forget trying to get in touch with a nurse or the office staff at the Santa Barbra location! It’s worse than trying to call the health department! I’m not sure why they can’t ever get a staff member on the phone or to call the patient back?? But, it’s definitely not professional and it’s lacking the proper medical care for my husband!"
