"I had to be rescheduled to the Lake Sumter Landing location for an ultrasound of my thyroid. I had really great experience with the staff and scan."

"Absolutely horrible. Left in tears. These people are the most rude & unprofessional people I have ever come in contact with in a doctors office. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, an MRI to be exact. An MRI for which I NEEDED to have done in order to start treatment for my severe Chrones disease.. for which I have been in extreme pain for years. I was at the doctors office at 8:06am Was called to the front at 8:20am & then by the time check in process was done, I was told my appointment had been missed & they would not take me back to get my MRI done nor were they willing to even work me in. I work in a doctors office myself & would never, ever treat a patient the way I was just treated."

"My wife made an appointment a month ago to be seen, they told us 8:15am. We got there on time, and still was told we couldn’t be seen because we “weren’t on time”, and “didn’t have a “order” they didn’t tell us to bring. (Everyone knows an offices has the order or can obtain in to help a client.) Front of office, Rude, and egotistic environment, back of office, (doctors) weren’t able to critic on. Not okay. Very unprofessional and uncaring. I wouldn’t want my grandparents going through what we just went through."

"Went in for a CT Scan. They charged me over $200.00, even though I'd met my out of pocket maximum for the year, and then submitted the claim to my insurance carrier under the wrong member number. Then refused to refund the "coinsurance" payment, even though it was charged in error. Finally, when their radiologist read the CT scan he claimed the cardiac condition I had it for didn't exist, even though my cardiologist had it on video from my angioplasty a month earlier. Frankly, at this point, I wouldn't trust Lake Medical Imaging to operate a microwave oven, nor to handle any of my money for any purpose whatever. I can't help but wonder how many other people they've taken money from, who didn't owe it, and how many Seniors just let it ride, not knowing they shouldn't've been charged it. Avoid at all costs."

"I just returned from an appointment at Lake Medical Imaging and have to commend Rachel at the Lake Sumter Landing location. My order for an ultrasound had not been received when I went yesterday. Rachel went above and beyond her job responsibilities trying to contact my doctor to get the order. My order was finally received this morning. It was only due to Rachel's persistence and effort that I was able to go forward quickly with my ultrasound today. Rachel is truly an asset to Lake Medical Imaging!"
