"This is the best Quest I’ve ever been to, coming from someone with several chronic illnesses and well-versed in today’s challenging healthcare industry. I have been to several Quest locations in numerous different cities and states over the past several years and the staff at this location makes getting blood work a lot less dreadful! Every time, I am called in on or before my scheduled appointment time. It’s sad to see recent negative reviews for this location. If you do not book an appointment, you are not guaranteed to be called in as a walk-in, and your wait time will be unpredictable depending on day-to-day demand. Scheduling appointments online is very easy and there’s always lots of availability. I have learned based on personal experience that scheduling an appointment for blood work or specimen drop-off/pick-up will make your experience as seamless as possible. Though every location is not perfect, I can’t imagine any other Quest being better than this one. A big thank you to the amazing staff!"

"Had to pick up a kit for a stool sample. With no receptionist, I had to sign in and wait to be served. It took 45 minutes. To return the kit I arrived at 6:30 AM opening time and already 5 people were waiting and 19 people pre-registered in next 60 minutes. I tried to give the sample to their associate when he opened the door but he said I had to sign in and get in line. I returned home and tried to register for an appointment and couldn't get one until 1:00 so the sample was no longer usable."

"Very disappointed today. Have been getting bloodwork done here since they opened. It's usually a pleasant experience, but today it was awful. Was so frustrated when I finally got called back that it was going to be anger or tears. I didn't leave crying. Had lost my lab orders and had to go get them from my Dr. When I returned, I checked in. The phlebotomist had said to get an appointment and they would work me in if they could. So, I checked in and took first available time. Several times there was no one but me in the lobby, but they waited until someone new came in and called them back immediately. Didn't say anything until a man that checked in as standby was called ahead of me. No one else was in the waiting room and several people had left after getting blood drawn. Got there at 7:45 for my 8 o'clock appointment. Left at 8 and went to Dr and returned by 8:35. Checked in and started waiting. Left there at 9:55. Told the person drawing my blood of my frustration. Instead of offering an apology or compassion, he told me several times that it wasn't his fault, he was busy."

"I normally don't look forward to having blood work done. But my first visit was after Christmas, I saw Phillip the visit was fast and the lab tec was amazing. I will go only to Magnolia plaza for blood work. Thanks so much! Today I saw Katie, I can't say enough about how kind, and fast, good at what she does too. We are so so blessed to have both of them in The Villages."

"I have very small veins and therefore drawing blood is a nightmare. I went to Quest Diagnostics at Magnolia Plaza today. It was awesome. The tech found my vein on the first try. I recommend them 100% and will go there for all future blood work."
