"Barbara Jones provided the worst service ever to my parents and other travelers.My parents had been informed that they had to meet at the bus at 6:30 am. My sister calls at 6 am stating the bus was about to depart. After speaking with Barbara Jones on the phone she stated she sent and email informing of the change in time. This email had never been received and to know that my father had just left her place of business the Wednesday before the trip, she never informed him of a change in time. There were 4 other travelers/people that been left behind and had to get a ride to make to the ship in time. Common courtesy would have been to contact individuals via phone and no email.Not everyone reads their email on a daily basis. That if an email had been sent. After speaking with her on the phone the day of the trip, not a pleasant person at all. We have never experienced this type of treatment before and have been on several cruise. Never will we book with Barbara Jones and this agency again and anyone we/I know will inform of what a bad experience and service provided.
