"Quiet, clean, unassuming property. We stayed in a 2br, 2ba place for a week. Beach side and the views are amazing. Beach is clean and quiet too. Easy access to the beach area and there's a pool too. We had a slow drain in one of the tubs and our request for a check of that was prompt. They fixed it in 5 minutes. The kitchen was still stocked, with washer and dryer as part of the set up. We didn't feel like going out to eat so this was handy. They do provide "start up" amenities and some cleaning tools. I really wish they left more trash bags, TP and dish soap. I hate having to buy that stuff because it doesn't all get used and who wants to pack the extra to take it back. Overall, this is a nicely maintained property on a beautiful beach. There's a few restaurants in the area and it's not far from other stores. We'd stay again. Highly recommended."
"Amazing place to stay. Condos are owned by individual owners and not all are used as rentals. Nice quiet place to stay at Perdido Key where you can relax and enjoy a little piece of paradise!"
