"I loved the care and service I received. Everyone was kind and wonderful. Check in went smoothly. I only had a 10 minute wait. I especially loved the nurse practitioner, Paula Buchwald! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took her time addressing my needs. I would highly recommend this office!"

"They are horrible.worst place to go. The people sound like a call center.and hang up on you. Patient care to me is not a priority for them. They cancel on patient appointments at the last minute. For a larger Dr office it's completely uncalled for. And I'm completely unhappy"

"The doctor here didn’t take anything I said seriously. She kept giving me antibiotics for something I only had once. I had irregular cell growth in my pap and a nurse called me and was extremely rude. I’m having pain and discomfort and she didn’t even chart what I said. This is so wrong she’s a terrible doctor and I tried reporting them because of how they treat people. That nurse was yelling at me on the phone for me asking questions about my pap results. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an obgyn. I suggest going anywhere else because they really don’t care about you here."

"This is by far the worse experience at a doctors office I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong I’m snappy I’m very direct and at times I’ll give major attitude. That being said the staff here accept the two ladies that draw blood and collect the urine are extremely rude and unprofessional. Hospitals have gone to no mask required get this office still has people waiting in the car for appointments and it’s not for Covid precautions because they aren’t screening it’s so they can continue their side conversation and nasty behaviors. I sat in a room for 53 minutes with a paper sheet on waiting on the practitioner in a cold office while 7 months pregnant. The person that put me in the room had on a jacket. Costumer service ? None at all. It’s non existent at this office. What’s sad is that this office wasn’t like this when it was exodus woman center. This place is a joke I’m not sure if the service I experienced is because I am nit Hispanic. Majority of the staff there is Hispanic and they will have a conversation with you and then say something to their coworker in Spanish. Literally this has been a major stressor in my pregnancy and I truthfully hope that my delivery goes well there has been a huge list of lack in medical care through this pregnancy. I hope that no other mother has to experience this through their pregnancy. It’s heart breaking a time that’s suppose to be positive has been washed with having to deal with this horrible Dr office."
