"STAY AWAY FROM RENTING HERE… lived here for about a year with 3 roommates and we all couldn’t wait for our lease to end. Front office lack communication skills and very rude, they couldn’t careless if you had any issues. We had a water leak that grew more and more that eventually grew mold which caused all 4 of us to get sick from. Informed the office and they waited 8 months to fix the issue. With all the “inspections” they did, our ac filter was checked once (filled with dust) was still put back in (dust was always around if you weren’t on top of it) we’ve called and physically told them we needed a new one which took over a month for a replacement. After the replacement the same issue accrued then eventually caused our ac to go out. For living in a 2 bedroom for 1800 a month, living on the second floor, we had a fire place, after living there for 10 months they told us we could never put it to use (luckily we never used it). This place is not worth for that kind of price. The roads are awful, speed bumps weren’t even and couldn’t find parking, there were always cars parked on the curbs which made it harder to drive through. Even after moving we were told we would get a deposit back, after 2 months of nothing, then we were told we couldn’t get one for renters insurance. If we never called and physically showed up we wouldn’t have been informed with this information. They have phones and computers but can’t seem to lift a finger to inform residents any information with what’s going on, during and after of living there. Just save yourself the stress, headaches, and money, and don’t rent from here."

"Lived here for a year with 3 roommates. As a first time renter, this was an awful experience. Multiple problems with our unit took months to fix and multiple interactions with multiple staff members. Most of the office staff were rude and didn't really seem like they cared. Communication was extremely lacking and we were always in the dark about pretty much everything. Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. And it's really unfortunate looking through other reviews and seeing that we were having the same problems as people from multiple years ago. Cleary no improvements have been made in a very long time. Look elsewhere for a place to live."

"I made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived 10 minutes early there were no parking spaces at the front offices. Spaces for Future residents had been used by residents in the gym, I am assuming. It was starting to rain. I worked with a young lady and told her exactly what I was looking for. As we went out the door, a man, who was not an office staff member took the only golf cart. So she said we could walk to a unit close by. There were other units I wanted to see but the place it huge. I offered my car but she refused. So we walked in the rain. I had to pull the information out of her about amenities and information the was crucial to renting. She seemed new and answered my questions with short insufficient info. After walking around by the pool and looking at another unit I noticed rusted AC units in front of the buildings. There was no patio or balcony. I asked to see the dog park but she said it was too far away. We went inside and she started printing out docs for me. I asked her if I could see the unit on the first floor in another building. She said we are closing in 5 minutes. I said I had made the appointment and that I wanted to see the dog park and the unit I wanted to see to possibly rent. She refused to show me. She just wanted to go home and leave. We were not able to walk the property in time to see the units because another, non office person took the gulf cart. This was a very ill managed facility. Grass looked good. Employees are not too smart, if you want to sell you need to be able to do your job. At least be able to discuss the property and talk about the amenities etc. This girl was clueless. I tossed the paperwork away and did not bother to see her quote. It was terrible customer service and I cant imagine how slack they are there. They must give away rent money to get their reviews. I will not be back and would not recommend the facility. Buildings are over 20 yrs old and not updated."

"The area is very nice, but to be paying over 1500 for rent and having so many roaches is insane. I’ve cleaned with bleach and treated my apartment several times and even called the pest control provided by the complex and nothing works. My lease is almost up and I can’t wait to move. Also the cabinets need to be replaced, it looks like the wood is rotting. I honestly believe I can find a better apartment for a cheaper price that still gives me the luxury vibes I want. Edit: The manager immediately emailed me with a resolution which I really appreciate, that is one of the positives I can say about this place. She made sure my concerns were taken care of.
