Trails at Bartram Park

"Unfortunately, my experience living in this apartment complex has been disappointing, especially over the past year. Management shuts the water off for repairs/maintenance way too often, at least a few times a month, and sometimes with little to no notice. It's been going on for months now and it's super inconvenient as someone who works from home. The walls here are pretty thin too. It was okay at first when I had quiet neighbors, but you'll hear everything if you get unlucky. The cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the stairs, is appalling. They are filthy and often littered with trash and stains, which is not a pleasant sight to come home to. Things have definitely been on a gradual decline since management changed"

"Gates have been broken for almost a year the one that was kinda function someone plowed through it and broke it off the hinges and they left it just laying on the sidewalk, pool is always closed for repairs. Hot tub is never open. Most of the machines in the gym are broken. Mismatched weights. We have had several leaks from the apartment above and mold showing up on our ceiling. They just scrap it off and paint over it than replacing the chunk of sheet rock. This place has been slowing going down hill since we moved in 3 years ago. The new owners have spent time and money on things that really don’t matter. Office staff is usually rude and matenance treat you like you don’t know What you’re talking about. They just replaced all our locks with keyless entry which is cool but our always jams and never says it actually locked. The new thermostats are cool and the leak detector doesn’t do anything. We had a leak and if we didn’t come home we would have had severe water damage from our neighbor upstairs. For the money it’s not that great. We are looking to move as soon as we can."

"We have lived at many apt communities over the years and this is the best by far. The office staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful with anything you need. They go above and beyond to treat everyone like family, not just a tenant. The grounds are always being kept up. The maintenance staff is so prompt, courteous and have answered all of our requests right away. I can not recommend this place enough. We love it here!"

"Christina Tran has been a delightful agent. My family visited Florida and we took them over this establishment to view some apartments and she was extremely helpful and professional. We met with a nice gentleman maintaince person while we visited and he was also friendly and knowledgeable about the community. We can't remember his name. I believe it was Victor or Vance. But thank you crew of this community. My family will be applying in December when they arrive back to move I. JANUARY,!"

"I love living here, been a little over 5 years now, Office’s staff is very professional and courteous. Christina, Alexa and Brenda take good care of the community needs. Recently paved the whole community roads and parking lot and it looks way more nicer. We have here good neighbors, mostly professionals well educated and well behave, which is excellent!!"
