"I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and robbed. I had my first appointment/ consultation with Dr. Selub which happened to be my second or third day of my cycle. She said we can get started immediately with a medicated cycle and timed intercourse. I asked a lot of questions and the response I got was “everything is ok” or “it’s fine”. She billed my insurance and charged me a copay for my first visit. Then I came in for one ultrasound which she told me that I should do the trigger shot in 2 or 3 days and then have timed intercourse 24 hours after. For one ultrasound and no questions answered $950 seems unreasonable. Very disheartening"

"I’m beyond blessed to have found this office . Before going to Dr. Selub’s office we went to UM and had a terrible experience. The moment we met Dr. Selubs we immediately knew we made the right decision, she was very detailed and very compassionate. Debbie, Helen , James and Luz are rockstars. Debbie was my point of contact at all times . If I needed anything even on a Sunday she would always be there for me with a smile on her face . We choose the IVF treatment as recommended by the MD and I’m happy we did . We got pregnant our very first try. We are currently 16 weeks pregnant! I still talk to Debbie today . "My Husband and I feel so lucky to have found this place. We have been TTC for almost 2 years. We have been diagnose with unexplained infertility. We met with another doctor before and it just didn't feel right for us. It felt very transactional. Unlike at FIRST, where I have felt nothing but welcomed. From the moment I first reached out to them, they have so kind and patient. As someone who has solely been relaying on Google to find answers, I can say I felt lost with all the contradicting info out there. Meeting Dr Selub gave me peace of mind. She not only was very familiar with our medical history prior to our appointment but she also took her time explaining what it could possibly be. She also went over every single one of the treatment options(unlike other places who will only push IVF). We left the appointment hopeful and educated. Every step of treatment since then has been great. Debbie, James and Helen(I think... sorry!) have been so warm! Debbie is so responsive and helpful; She answers so quickly and at any time! And if the bedside manner, wasn't enough, this is also probably one of the most affordable clinics you will find. They are clearly not in it to make a buck out of someone's unfortunate situation and rather help. Its clear that they love what they do and care for their patients. I have referred friends and colleges here and they have had great experiences also. I couldn't have asked for a better team during this already hard time that it is TTC. We have move into Natural IVF by choice and hope to have a little one on the way soon!"
