I asked her to call someone else and she said ( I don't have to call nobody I been working here for more than 2 years) I was trying to get some OTC products which I got normally and she said that my card was declined. I went to another CVS and everything was good. Her attitude was nasty."
"Horrible! This CVS Pharmacy opens at 9am close during lunch hours instead of having employees rotating. People waiting for their meds 8:30am and cannot get their prescriptions because Pharmacy is closed!!! And the drive thru as well. I was just in the drive thru first one! And no one comes to the window to assist! Went inside the store & already the line is long! Cars waiting in the drive thru"
"I rely on CVS. Knowing they are nearby is terrific . BOGO is not useful when you are a single person - no place to store things and they can expire B4 i have time to use it. A different incentive plan should be available"
"Worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacist, his name is Robert and he refused to give me his last name but I saw that it's Forkos, was rude and unhelpful. I needed an emergency medication for my son because we were on vacation and he refused to call in a vacation override to the insurance. He told me I had to call and sort it out myself, but that's not how it works. I've never dealt with a less helpful "pharmacist" in my whole life. And now I have to get the prescription called into another pharmacy on Christmas Eve for my child because of his refusal to do his job."
