"So I came in to this lovely Petsmart and found out that they have a self serving dog wash station and I am dog sitting and the owner wanted his dog groomed so Cassie was the manager and Victoria is a new employee. They both help me with products, Cassie was very knowledgeable about all products they also. Victoria was very helpful and they stayed back because the dog was very mad it and obviously uncomfortable so they both took the time out of their night to stay back for a little bit longer and keep the shop open a little bit longer to help me with these pups. I’m very grateful for this store, and I’m very grateful for these two young women, and whoever hired them should be very happy."

"Very disappointed, if you are planning on adopting a cat or kitten from this location or from any place that get cats from kitty karma rescue be wary. Most of the cats or (all) are sick with kitten herpes. This is an ongoing illness that never fully goes away and causes respiratory problems, ulcers, rashes, eye tearing etc…This was NOT fully disclosed to me when I adopted a new kitten and I feel it should have been. Not only did I get a sick cat but our son got a sick kitten from kitty karma at a different location. Now our existing 6 year old cat is very sick. Pet supermarket and employees I really hope you start disclosing this information. Thanks a lot."

"I have been looking for large cat litter boxes with the lids and the other pet stores didn't have any. I stopped in the store hoping they had something different in stock and they didn't disappoint. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable in assisting me with choosing the right litter box for my two cats. There were several different sizes and colors. The boxes come with swinging doors however my cats didn't like the doors so I removed them. Other than that the litter boxes are perfect for my two big cats. Pet Supermarket brought my two month search to a happy ending. The litter that my cat was throwing out of the box can now stay in the box."

"Absolutely a great place. You can almost find anything about animal care. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The place overall one of the cleanest pet store I have ever been to. I always come here to get my cats and fish supply. I always compare prices online and they almost great on pricing. I dont even need to look online anymore, I feel confident they have the great price."
