"I wish I could not give them a star at all. I was doing some shopping in store and I could literally hear one of the groomers yelling at a dog. If they decide to be a groomer as a job then they should at least try to like it. Don’t have to be rude to the poor furr babies."
"Just had a terrible experience at this location while grooming my dog.. One of the groomers had a terrible attitude, raised her voice and used profane language and was incredibly rude to me and another lady that had come in to pick up her puppy. When I tried to get the name of the rude groomer to make a complaint to management, the other two groomers covered up for her and would not reveal her name. The other two rude groomers’ names are Amelia and Madison. If this is the way they treat customers, this is the way they treat dogs. Will never bring my dog there again. Would have given zero stars if I could."
