"It was Friday at 6pm and I called to leave a message and 5 mins later Ken called me back. (Sears didn’t even have a time slot until 2 weeks later). He came out (worked me in late the following Monday) and was punctual. Ran through some diagnostics and fixed me up. Great customer service. Polite and friendly guy. I’d recommend him to anyone!"
"I work for a vacation rental management company in Santa Rosa Beach so a dependable appliance vendor is a must. I recently had a refrigerator issue over a holiday weekend.
