"UPDATE TO THE BELOW (11/22/2023): Do not move here. Once again, this complex has been targeted (mostly trucks again) and nothing was done to increase security from the last event. It seems pointless to file incident reports when South Oxford Management doesn’t bother to resolve the crime here. The amount of rent this place wants is ridiculous for the amount of money people are loosing from vehicle damage and stolen items. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!! I have deterred so many people from moving here, especially if they have children. At this point, I will be investing in my own cameras to catch these people, since this property is failing to protect its residents. One of these days someone is going to get hurt from all of this, and you best believe there’s going to be a lawsuit at some point. There is no way this place actually has 4.5 stars…they have to be deleting reviews or something. My boyfriends truck, along with several other trucks, were broken into last night. I just moved into this complex, but according to my neighbor, this happened last year as well. Also, my roommate told me that her ex roommates car was stolen and trashed a couple of years ago. Apparently residents have already asked this complex to get surveillance cameras, but nothing has been done. I am surprised this complex is asking for high rent, given they know about the crime here. I wish I had known about this before signing a lease… This complex seems to be a target for theft and damage. If you are considering this place, I highly recommend considering competitors that value the safety of their residents and their valuables."
"Everyone from the leasing staff, Jaali and Holly Are very responsive, and professional. You don't always find that these days. The maintenance Is outstanding. They're courteous common kind in 1 working and very personable. Just wanna say I'm very impressed. I love this staff here."
