"!!AVOID - AVOID - AVOID!! - Quick summary - Staff is rude and unhelpful. It's a zoo of a waiting area. Completely overbooked. You will wait forever. Unprofessional and make medical mistakes. I could go on and on. Never again will I return. The place needs to be shut down! I've had the very unfortunate experience of coming here twice within a couple of weeks this month. Both times they completely forgot about me in the waiting room, and I had to go up and complain after waiting a long time. As soon as I complained they processed me and had me come back for my tests. I would still be waiting there today if I didn't say something. I got a text the day before my second appointment, and it was the completely wrong time of what I set up on the phone. I had arranged childcare and everything, and they changed my appointment time without notifying me, except for the day before. After waiting forever in the waiting room for my CT scan and finally going back to prep for it (again, after complaining and wondering why I was asked to show up early when they clearly weren't doing anything with me), the nurse gave me the WRONG contrast solution to drink!!! Unbelievable! That stuff is so gross as it is, and then she was negligent and gave me the wrong stuff so I had to drink even more. It was terrible. This place really should be investigated and shut down. It is wrong to book so many people in the same time slots, make them wait forever, and forget about them. It is wrong to give someone the wrong prep medicine. It is wrong to change an appointment time without consulting with the patient at all. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Great experience! Staff was very kind and informative when making my appointment. Advised me of what to expect and reminded me to bring my prescription so that my exam could be done without any delays. Great location and facility. Minimal wait time to begin my exam and the staff was very helpful and put me at ease. My results were sent the following day, which helped expedite my treatment. I would definitely return and recommend this facility to others. They have later appointments compared to other facilities and are even open Saturdays!"

"It is one of the worst imaging test services I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unefficient. Never get my imaging tests, despite staying in the crowded waiting area for more than 2 hours. They have unpredictable "busy" office hours and let long lines form outside in the hallway, so basically, if you don't have an appointment, don't even show there. Even with appointments, the waiting time is beyond any reasonable medical service. Also, it's extremely difficult to get an online or phone appointment. Extremely deficient imaging center. This medical office genuinely represents how mediocre, ineffective, inefficient, and burocratic a medical office could be; it is, in few words, a total waste of money and time...so, it's HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED"
