"0stars. Horrible experience. I’ve been to plenty of these locations, but this was by far the worst. After having vitals checked we waited for over an hour to see the doctor because the clerk lost our paperwork. Then when I asked about what was going on and expressed we had been waiting a long time.. they made fun of me and said I was about to have a heart attack because I wanted to know what was going on and they didn’t want to tell me they lost my sons paperwork. I hope Angelica and Alexis grow into their jobs and have better respect for the patients. I understand things happen but to be disrespectful is uncalled for. It honestly felt like we were being discriminated because we were there first and I mentioned how long it took and asked how much longer it would have taken if I didn’t ask her about us and she said we would have been next because we were the only ones left..so she chose to care for 4 other patients over my son and didn’t have a good reason as to why aside from she is just a doctor that works there. Very disappointed in this locations staff. I hope Raquel can find a better team, because I will not be going back and they will not receive any referrals from me. They showed no concern for my child at all and losing confidential documents is serious and should be handled respectfully. 0-stars"

"I had an appointment with my two teenage girls 16 and 13 at east bay office. Your medical assistance, and the office front desk women were excellent, very polite understanding, and explain everything to me and my girls I am so grateful for their understanding, and explaining every detail to my girls, as well as me. I most definitely will never go anywhere else. I am so happy for the kindness. You show me and my baby girls. Most of our your doctor was up most professional and kind. "St Pete Pediatrics is a great place to take your children too. My girls love their doctors and all the medical stuff at East Bay location. The are great with getting the kids in when need an appt for acute issues. They refer out when warranted. They follow up to be sure we keep up with routine appts., check ups."

"Beautiful and gentle. Dr.Ago is very professional with great bedside manners. She is playful and soft spoken with parents and the children. She cares for her babies and is very knowledgeable. The office staff are very nice and approachable. The office itself is very clean and renovation came out great."
