"This is my first time trying Connie's Chicken and Waffles. It is located in the Sawgrass Mills Mall food court where chick n cone used to be. We ordered 2 waffles; the red velvet and the oreo waffle with chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were hot and fresh out of the fryer, but they were just okay. They were a lot better with the mango habanero sauce. The oreo was really tasty better than the red velvet waffle. The strawberry kiwi punch was definitely a winner. The prices are comparable to the establishments in the food court."
"We don't eat fried food often, so when we do, it has to be worth it! We decided to try Connie's. Their menu is literally chicken & waffles, and drinks! We ordered a 5pc w/fries and an oreo waffle. Then we went back to order a peach tea lemonade, totaling $35+ tax. Food is made to order, so our wait time was maybe 10 minutes. Initially, we thought it was a little pricey, but after filling our bellies and we had leftovers, we agreed that it was worth the fried calories! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, juicy & piping hot! The mango habenero sauce topped it off. The waffle was full of oreos, just the right amount of crispness."
