"Update: I decided to give them another chance, and the visit was much better. The dining room was neat and mostly clean tables, but also behind the counter seemed much cleaner and better taken care of. The crew working this time was much friendlier than the last. Bumped to three stars. We'll update again on next visit. Previous Visit: The dining room was a mess and half closed off at what should be the height of dining. I ordered food and received it without a single word ever being spoken to me. They all seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else."

"The food at Arby's is always great. The Taste of the roast beef is very good and has just the right tenderness. It is moist and soft, just as it should be. I'm not a fan of the specialty sandwiches, but I can't resist coming back here because the roast beef is so good. They also have a wide variety of side dishes that you can't find most fast food restaurants. The service is always very quick and the lines are never long, which is great for customers, but I'm not too sure it's good for business."
