"The staff was very nice.. they are very short handed there but even then they were very nice. And the acknowledge you are there while u are waiting on your scripts. For being short handed they still got my script out pretty fast."

"Of the handful of times I have been to this Winn-Dixie, I think I've experienced polite staff only once or twice. Although, it must be a Winn-Dixie thing because regardless of the location, very rarely is my shopping there a pleasure. For example, tonight at the Williston Winn-Dixie, we skipped the self checkout to go through a line with a cashier because I prefer to contribute a person's paycheck rather than to a machine, but I may rethink that policy at Winn-Dixie stores in the future. My husband and I stepped up to the conveyor, began placing our items on the belt, and the cashier continued her conversation with the young man wearing an apron at the bagging station. I assumed (wrongly) that he was there to bag our items until I saw the cashier (who was still engaged in her conversation) was bagging while scanning. Then the young man just walked away. Apparently he wasn't there to work and I myself put our groceries in our shopping cart all while the cashier still never greeted or said anything whatsoever to my husband or I. She finished, never said what the total was or what the change was. She did finally say "Goodbye" when we left. I'd like to say I wish we had a Publix here, but if this is any indication of the staffing available to them, I can see why they haven't built here yet."

"Nice people working there, BUT GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED on purpose by their management (not my opinion, that of their own staff)! I will likely move my business to Walgreen's after being Winn-Dixie customer for over 10 years. Maybe losing my family's $9,000 per year prescription volume will bring their sales DOWN closer to their staffing level."

"Went to get the covid-19 vaccine and was turned away two hours previous to the pharmacy closing due to the fact that they were "too busy" with only three people in line and wouldn't be getting another round of the vaccines until tommorrow. Misadvertising at the very least stating walk ins welcome till 7. Date of visit Friday, August 17th. 2021."

"Worst pharmacy ever. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. They never smile, rarely answer the phone without a 3-5 minute hold and you always have to wait to be helped. The ice breaker was them telling me I had 8 refills on my birth control and actually having 0 refills. Sending my business elsewhere!!"
