"The Walgreens pharmacy drive up lane is supposed to be for "pick-up" of prescriptions previously ordered and filled. However, I waited on the pick-up line for the pharmacist to FILL a prescriptions for the customer in vehicle in front of me. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to simply pick up. This was NOT my first disappointing experience with staff who cannot figure out how to keep lines moving both in the store and on pick-up line. Total disregard for customers."
