"Worst TSC I have ever been to. I usually go to Chiefland store, but they have been out of my dogs Favorite food for over a week. So I drove to Williston to get it. I wish I would have gone to Newberry. The food was mispriced and when I tried to get help the 2 women there would just put one finger up to me as if I was a dog that had to follow there commands. I figured it was just a $2 dollar discrepancy and it wasn't worth the attitude. After all they where so busy gossiping, I didn't want to interrupt. Then I get home and notice the bag is torn COMPLETELY open and taped back together. I call the store to tell them and asked if I could bring it back and swap it out. I was told if its open they can't take it back. They can sell it that way but not take it back that way?? I can only assume the woman I spoke with was one of the unfriendly two that I had just encountered. Never going back to this location! Work on your customer service skills and to the owner GET NEW MANAGEMENT!! BTW Victor dog food was contacted about this experience."
