"I love this store! Especially around the holidays when they get a lot inventory. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the register lines can be ridiculously long to the point where I'll leave what I'm buying because I don't have an extra 30 minutes to wait in line. Other than that, I love it and will continue to shop here."

"Burlington at Sawgrass Mills can be well stocked, good prices on merchandise, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. One weekend before father's day, to be specific Saturday June 10 the AC was not working in the register area, I had to wait one hour to check out my goods. I calculate more than 109 persons in line and only 2 registers open. Incredible. I'll never come back here."
