"My complaint is about a returned, actually an exchange, the lady at the cashier was asking me too many questions, I had bought a dress a week before came in to exchange with my receipt; the lady asked me why didn't I try the dress in the fitting room, was the fitting room open, advised her we are in the middle of pandemic, I did not want to do that, she said are you returning, I said exchanging, asked what size?, told her, she told me maybe it will be more money as is a different size??, really people, she returned it, instead of exchanging it, and was charging me more money, she had to call the manager, told the manager, she could care less, did the transaction, and left; people need to be train to deal with customers, very unhappy with that bad and uncomfortable expierience"
