"My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at W&S Auto Center. Jenny and the other staff went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect car for us, with a great down payment and a monthly payment that we could afford. Jenny is truly amazing at her job, so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. 2 weeks after our purchase I had a very small issue with our car and I called Jenny about it, assuming I would need to take it to a shop and pay out of pocket. Jenny got me an appointment to have the issue fixed asap, without any cost. That's great customer service! We are so glad we made the decision to go to W&S, and I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family."
"Although I was not able to get into the vehicle I wanted, the staff was excellent during the entire process. They tried everything they could do to try and get me in a truck, most dealerships would give me a straight "no" answer within a few minutes and that would be the end of it, but here it took three days of trying different methods to get me approved."
"Would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an open line of communication with the staff in order to purchase a vehicle and scheduled an appointment due to distance. 24 hours prior to the appointment, the vehicle was sold, without any contact made to me. The staff was so unprofessional, I received a text message only, and not the decency of a phone call. As a Veteran I pride myself on my word being valuable, but the staff here unfortunately lives up to the stereotype of a crummy and lying used car sales lot perfectly."
