"We absolutely LOVE our Lennar home. Truly, if you’re looking to move to SWFL a new build from Lennar is the best way to go. The process from start to finish was extremely easy. I have heard horror stories about buying homes, but this whole process was quick and painless. The team does a great job at answering all questions, allowing you to visit your home while it’s being built at any time, and walking you through each step. I mean it when I say, I could text our sales agent at any hour of the day, any day of the week and she would reply to us! Process aside, our final home is beautiful. I know there is a lot of builders out there that “cookie cut” homes and don’t take special care, but we did not experience this at all. At our final walkthrough we made a list of concerns / fixes and all were done by our closing date. Another great thing is you have an entire year of warranty on your home where Lennar will come and fix any issues that arise. These homes come very standard, but they’re super customizable. Special shoutout to Brianna, our sales rep and Carly, our loan officer. They were especially great and helpful. "With some caveats, this is a nice community and a great location. But: there are problems such as residents riding offroad vehicles up and down the streets. The onsite Lennar sales associates appear to be more focused using their personal phones than on anything else. And lastly, the HOA upholding community rules and standards seems almost AWOL and anemic. So don't believe everything the Lennar employees will tell you about the HOA here. Lennar's goal is to sell homes. Try and talk to an actual resident."

"I really loved my house but we have the most rudest inconsiderate nasty neighbors don’t respect our space and our property! Hoa don’t do nothing security guard is never around. We can’t sleep because these people are yelling screaming music loud 1-2-3 in the morning.. I have reach out multiple people nothing has been done. We are almost force to have to sell our home we only been here 6 months"

"The entire process with Lennar was painless and very streamlined. Brianna from the sales office is very responsive to e-mails and texts and sent us regular updates and pictures as the building progressed. The construction manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable at the time of our closing and has been great at getting small tidied up after closing. The community is very calm, far enough from the noise and city life, but close enough that we can go whenever we are in the mood for more busy activities."
