"I have no problem giving a 5-STARS to this store. The sales Reps here are great. And one of them, Terry (I hope I remember his name correctly) had helped solving a plumbing dilemma that I was facing that I couldn't get it done through HomeDepot, Lowe's and even local Cape Coral plumbing supplies. I think he's a genius in plumbing. Terry said he had worked in Plumbing for 20+ years before joining ACE Hardware store. Thank you Terry, you and your fellow sales associates were great and I am very grateful. Take care."

"I've been to several Ace Hardware stores across the country, but never received the high quality customer service that I received at this location. Julia is incredibly helpful!! I've been to this location a few times now and each time I shop here Julia always ensures that I find what I'm looking for. She's very knowledgeable and even provided a few recommendations for a few small house projects I was working on. With great customer service experiences like this, I'll be sure to continue shopping at this location for my future home improvement project needs. Keep up the great work!"

"Couldn't give a zero stars and is all just about Julia the head manager. Tried returning some tubing 5 minutes after they sold it to me and wouldn't. I explained I bought wire and asked for tubing to put it in and sold me non compliant tubing. I bought what they said I needed. Walked me straight from wire to the tubing. Manager said she was gonna go talk to employees and then just left me sitting and wouldn't even come talk to me. All the employees were shocked hiw she acted and all were apologizing. 1 employee handed me $20 and said here's for the trouble. I went and found Julia and gave her it and made sure she knew who to give it to and who is a great employee. All the staff is super nice besides her. Definitely need to know not to recommend the wrong product if they don't know."

"I swear each of the employees at Horizon Ace Hardware are exactly the same - courteous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and on and on. I'm glad they've had such excellent training. Every time I stop by I know I'll be helped quickly if needed. More often than not I'm greeted at the front register as soon as I enter the store. The experience is great. The vibe is great. I'm glad it's a very convenient 1 mile away too. Kudos to Horizon Ace!"

"Super helpful and very friendly! We just move to North Fort Myers from MN. Within the first 2 weeks we had to stop in at this Ace Hardware store numerous times. Each time we were assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly employee. We couldn't be more happy with their service, their products and fair pricing. They had everything we needed and offered to order anything they may not have had in stock. When we purchased a new grill and we couldn't fit it in our vehicle they offered to deliver it for no extra charge. 5+ stars!!! Rick & Nancy"
