"During the Christmas sales I pre ordered a 5 drawer cart, paid for it, was told 2-3 weeks I'd get email to pick it up. At week 3 of not hearing anything, I dug out my receipt and went back to the store. Come to find out it was never ordered and pre order on this item had been cancelled. They couldnt do anything for me on this other than call another store and locate the item, so I ended up having to drive down to Bonita Springs that same night since they only had one in stock and they would NOT put a hold on it. Bonita employee says this happens all the time, So watch out if you are ordering something that you really need and depending on getting. This was a huge waste of time and gas, had I known I would have never ordered it, I feel I spent more $ running around than I saved on the deal."
