"I am from out of state and I was visiting my sister who goes to Miranda at this salon. This is the second time in 2 years that I have gone to see Miranda for a keratin treatment. Miranda is AMAZING and kind and did a fabulous job on my hair with each visit. However, I noticed with each visit how rude the front desk woman was with the staff as well as with me and my sister when we were checking out. Her customer service was terrible. She shorted my sister $20 in change and instead of owning up to miscalculating the amount she went as far as to accuse me of taking my sister’s $20 bill. She also would not honor a product sale with 20% off sign on it because she said it was no longer on sale and just forgot to take down the sign. We spent a ton of money in the salon and had great service from the stylist and hair washer but I was appalled at this woman’s behavior and could not ignore the fact that she was just as harsh when I went there over a year ago. I would definitely recommend Miranda but not sure I would return for the poor customer service. In response to your answer to my review I would like to first address the fact that my nephew was asleep for most of the visit and when he was awake he sat on my lap or my daughter’s lap and watched videos and did not make any sounds. Standard customer service would have honored the 20% sale since the mistake was on your end. I have never seen a place of business do what your front desk lady did. In retrospect we weren’t buying it anyway since it showed up cheaper on line. The point being there was no pleasing the customer. As far as paying at the end with the $20 dollars you weren’t even there as you had left for the day and it’s pretty disappointing that after my review you don’t even try to apologize for your employees rudeness. The shampoo girl was tipped before we finished paying however at this point it is neither here nor there. The point is we spent between me and my sister and my daughter almost a $1,000 and you can’t apologize for the poor experience we had with your front desk person. To blame the baby seems like a cheap shot. Miranda is an excellent employee and I would see her over and over again however I will not be returning to your salon. If you are blaming a baby for your client being uncomfortable why do you not blame your front desk lady for her rudeness and belittling of your staff in front of clients. I would think that would bother you more. I’m sorry you didn’t learn that the customer is always right and that you aren’t trying to salvage business."

I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted when I went in, but she was very patient with me and was explaining to me what were the best options. I came out of the salon feeling very Confident by the amazing job she did with my haircut! Got the latest haircut with a blow dry for about 75$ Thank you!"
