She did a fantastic job and I left looking great. It was not an easy fix and it took a lot longer than I think we both anticipated. She did not get upset at all even when it seemed to be interfering with other clients she had scheduled and was so sweet and very professional. Rosie is a miracle worker and did the best job with fixing my highlights. She really paid attention to what I asked for and nailed it.
