She yelled at me, I feel like it's because I'm much smaller and younger and she felt like she could intimidate me if that's what this store is hiring. I won't be Returning there for my food or personal care needs. I wish I knew her name. I'd put it here so everyone would know who not to approach unless you wanna get yelled at for no reason."

I understand the necessity of security measures to prevent theft and ensure safety, but there's a fine line between vigilance and making customers feel like they are under constant watch. It's crucial for security personnel to strike a balance between performing their duties and respecting the comfort and privacy of shoppers. "Was at this store today about 12:45. My purchases would be over $100 and I wanted a regular check out.There was only 1 open... 1! The poor cashier had a difficult customer. The line got to be at least 8-10 people. I asked an associate walking by if there was anyone to help. It sounded like he said he would help. No one came. This is ridiculous. People started to leave the line. They were unhappy - even angry. If you are going to change to all self checkout, lower your prices. It is shocking that this young lady was all alone in the middle of all the registers and there was not a manager in sight. Customers, including myself, commented on not wanting to come back. Is that your goal? I was a retail manager for many years. This is not good customer service. This isn't even mediocre service. It was awful! I am not sure I will be back to a store."
