"I have known Dr. Prado for almost 30 years. She was my doctor, and my sisters doctor, our whole life until we had to switch out of a pediatric doctor to a regular "adult" doctor. Now I have my own child who is 3 years old and Dr. Prado was hands down my number 1 choice when I found out I was expecting. Her and Dr. Lageruela are on call 24/7 and her office staff always makes me and my daughter feel so welcome. There are times where we have had to wait a little while to see her but it is worth it! She is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Always has been. Thank you Dr. Prado!"

"Been coming to see Dr.Prado for almost 8 years since my first son was 2 months old. Once I had my second son, no question in my mind to take him to Dr.Prado. She is very knowledgeable and patient and does not rush you. Sometimes you have to wait a while to be seen but it is worth the wait. She is amazing. Definitely recommend!"

"Dr. Prado has been my children's doctor for 12 years plus. She has seen my 5 children since they were born. I trust her completely and I have no complaints. Maria Eugenia, has been with Dr. Prado for many years. She always takes care of all the office related matters. The office has gone through changes and I believe that's what has had the front office disorganized or slow. Just like in any Miami doctor's office, you have to wait. They also take priority cases as well. Especially new borns that come in sick. They are open Tuesdays and Thursdays until 7pm. And opened on Saturdays, taking their last patient at 12pm. Nothing is perfect and of course there's room for improvements, but I give them five stars. Again, I have no complaints on the care my children have received. I never feel rushed once seen by the doctor. She takes time to listen and answer questions. Unlike other appointments I've been through, that it truly feels like a factory. You go in and out of there what feels like seconds, and maybe the whole experience was fast. But you feel neglected and there's no feeling of a connection with your health care provider. Honestly, I think everyone likes to have something to complain about. No one is ever really satisfied. I think that whoever you choose as your child's healthcare provider, you should help them by giving them the feedback to see if they can improve before bashing them in social media.
