Barely answer the phone and with a lot of aptitude, then for any question that I asked they answer: "look at the website" they probably don't know much about the properties or just don't want to take the time to provide quality customer service. I did the research and looked at the website, called again to find out that the information on the website is inaccurate. Conclusion: I am using another management company."

"I will say they are quite responsive regarding interested clients/applicants. Very patient and explained everything well with what seemed to be no problem at all. I asked a lot of questions during the viewing and days after! Very positive experience. So I applied after laying all my card on the table with encouragement from the team member. I later learned that their intent is just to acquire application fees, and never rent out their properties. The property I was interested in and was denied for is still vacant. 40 days later."
