"I have stayed at many motels but this place is the best. The rooms are very clean and I feel secure. The deadbolt lock is never needed. Dogs are allowed here and to me that's good. I love animals. I haven't seen a disobedient dog yet. The grounds are not totally but mostly free of feces. The ppl both in mgmt and clientele are very friendly and I get the chance now and then to hear God's word and it gives me something to think about. There is a mix of travelers, long stay, construction workers, floating nurses and like my sister, here waiting to be transferred in her job elsewhere. The place is clean - laundry room is clean and machines are always working. I don't see ppl hanging around in the parking lot looking like they don't belong. I have been here for 2 months and am pleased with my stay - the price is not outrageous. It's pretty close to hospitals, food/dept stores and restaurants."

"2.5 years I have lived here the elevator is constantly breaking down the exterior door card reader on the north end of the building hasn't worked in 4 months and the newest I now have lost electricity to half of my room. Management response was we will try to fix it tomorrow. So no lights and no TV until they can fix it. Didn't even offer to give me a different room for the night. This is how they treat long term guests. Called choice hotels customer service number and they can't (or won't) do anything either. Oh and as of January 1st rates are going up. They want more money for a place that is falling apart after only being built 4 or 5 years ago and don't fix anything."

"I reserve a room when I get there the elevator was broken and they gave me a terrible room in a fist floor. I stayed only one night and don't sleep all night because the noise. Another day I went for another hotel."

"I booked my stay for 8 days for a reasonable affordable price. The lady at the front desk was very nice welcoming and professional. What surprised me was the free WiFi for one device and additional devices would have to spend $10 each. Our room was on the 3rd floor elevator was broken. The lobby and hallways were fairly clean. I was excited because there was a mini kitchen there but no kitchen accessories pots pans utensils, no room service until day 14th of your stay mind you I’m only staying 8 any additional towels they charge you for . You have to take your trash out. And to top it all offff I saw 5 roaches back to back to back to back nah that was it for me ruined my whole entire night. I went to the front desk checked out and refund and I was out asap!!!"

"Not a kid friendly hotel. The kids run around the rooms all day and night. You call to complain and nothing happens. There's no place for them. Nothing in the area not even close. The walls are very thin and the ceilings are even worst. The hotel and staff are great the guest are the worst."
